Considerations for a quality translation:
- Do you want a page-to-page correspondence? This may make correspondence with the source document easy, but if the Arabic source page has one solid block of 500+ words (common in court judgements), the English will have to fit this many words on the same page. I normally break down the source text into sentences and paragraphs to make the translation easy to read, and this normally means going beyond one page. For digital texts and PDFs convertible to digital, I can provide a bi-column version to make comparison easy.
- Let me know if you have a style guide, preferred font/format, and any glossary from previous translations.
